Follow the Steps Below to Get the Most Enjoyment from SuperPooL!

  1. Read the General Instructions for playing a 100-Square pool using SuperPool Boards.
  2. Players secure their squares on the board. You can allow players to get their squares in any manner you wish, including answering trivia questions, purchasing a drink, buying dinner or any other way you choose)
  3. Use SuperPooL Boards just like any traditional 100-Square Pool by first filling all 100 squares with the names of the game participants, before scratching-off and revealing the "numbers" across the top and down the side of the board.
  4. Just before the Soccer game starts, scratch off the numbers across the top and down the left side of the board, revealing the "numbers" that the players will be rooting for.
  5. Each of the 100 squares on the board is coordinated with a number on the top and a number on the left. The person on that square will root for the teams to score, so that these numbers will make them a square winner.
  6. The top number is associated with the Home Team and the number on the left is associated with the Away Team.
  7. Each time a team scores, if their total score is in single digits (1-9), this is the number on the Grid that is the potential winner for that coordinate. If the goal takes the team to double digits, use only the 2nd digit (10+). Team scores only create winning squares at the end of the selected intervals. See the Example Below.

SOCCER WINNING INTERVALS

Winning intervals in Soccer are usually the Home Team and Away Team scores and penalty kicks (2nd digits only) at the end of the 1st Half and the Final Score. Payoffs are usually broken down so that the the first interval gets a little less than the Final Score Payoff.
